Pros

The only pro is benefits

Cons

Managers are hired here without any management experience or emotional intelligence. The company provides a questionnaire which evaluates your strength deployment and categorizes you into Red/Blue/Green. People in the company use this SDI color as a means of being superior to another, this is discrimination. To who ever joins the QC team, beware, cos you will be thrown under the bus on several occasions. The person you will be reporting into will do ANYTHING to advance herself and pull the entire team down. It's downright comical that I have experienced this first hand and heard this from several other department heads. I even read her chats where she shames other employees. Just a toxic team to work with. There is NO TRAINING for the work you will do. I am relieved to be out of this place!

Pros

Good technology, some co-workers can be nice.

Cons

The company's business model is to have cyclical layoffs which increasingly became often. Very scary place to work when you feel your job isn't secure especially in a highly competitive field.
