Pros

Comp is decent, benefits are ok at best, and PTO could use a lot of improvement-- lifetime cap out after 5years, and that cap out what a lot of Pharma companies start at.

Cons

Consistent layoffs of groups of people every 6-9 months. Lost A LOT of good people this way! They don't consult the immediate Managers or Directors if it makes sense to lose people in the group. And they don't backfill and just expect remaining employees to step in and take on the work of everyone who was laid off, while most groups already have a very heavy workload. Then they severely impact perfromance reviews and bonuses of those affected because they are unable to take the additional workload burden. I've heard that HR has started to end Offer Letters with the phrase, "May the odds be ever in your favor."

Pros

Good technology, some co-workers can be nice.

Cons

The company's business model is to have cyclical layoffs which increasingly became often. Very scary place to work when you feel your job isn't secure especially in a highly competitive field.
