Pros
Reno was hit very hard by the “great recession”. They are still recovering so as a result housing prices and rentals are low.
Cons
Pathetic ownership Not much chance for growth here...they are completely stagnant The turnover rate has become so bad they are having a very difficult time finding replacements. This is not a good place to work
