Change in the end is normally a good thing. It makes people adjust, it makes people improve and innovate. Not at Hamilton Company though. When you talk about change here the managers look at you like you have two heads. And if you are naive enough to talk to the owner about change you will get to see what a person looks like that just ate a whole lemon. Dismal is the only way to describe it.
