Lack of Leadership/growth - Office Administration Hamilton Group Employee Review

Communication and leadership is AWFUL. I would let my supervisor know that I wasn't either getting the information I needed or that I didn't appreciate the way they were communicating. I was met with basically nothing more than, this is just how we do business and deal with it.
