Pros
Pretty chill environment, the supervisors and leads, dont really say anything if you go over the break of 10min. by about 1-3 minutes if your eating. They dont hastle you over tardies, though you are expected to be there on time. Okay pay.
Cons
TONS of bureaucracy. As a technician, to get things fixed, you have to ask an engineer, which asks the supervisor, which asks another engineer, and so on and so fourth. Sometimes, the engineers make changes which can make employees somewhat disconformable since people are resistant to change.
