Pros
If you’re just getting into the RBT field this would be great for you as you can learn a lot and also the kids actually do get a good education and learn great skill sets. The kids is what made me enjoy working here . There were a few co workers who were helpful.
Cons
Work load can be very stressful, and the pay is not so great for all of that stress . People who are friends with the higher ups get better pay and better recognition . You never have time to complete your session notes and will have to take work home . A lot of favoritism and unfairness in the company . Not sure if it was because I’m a women of color but as a new employee I was thrown with multiple kids all at once while others were not. The way schedule was made seemed unfair. There was no rotation throughout the week . Did not feel welcome here at all and had no support. I was thrown with kids I barely paired with . Literally would have 5 kids per day and never had time to do my session notes. No teamwork . A lot of of clicks and unprofessional talks within the employees which seem uncomfortable . Also good luck trying to get a response through email . If you know you’re worth as an RBT I would not reccomend working here.
