The kids are amazing to work with, seeing their progress everyday makes coming to work the next day that more enjoyable.

Cons

Drama filled, no reinforcement for staff even if it's just a thank you wall sometimes a good job or nice effort goes a long way, when going for your bcba hours they want you to be a their way therapist.
