Very poor leadership from the top to include the CEO, horrible benefits, no loyalty to staff, constant changes so staff feels unsettled, high turnover rate due to treatment of the staff. No internal communications which creates a culture of confusion and mismanagement, especially with large projects. Lack of effective vetting of new projects from the top all the way through the organization. Very "old school" corporate mentality with misogynistic culture that can feel very threatening at times. Truly don't understand why the board has not done something about the horrible leadership and continues to watch this ship go down.
