This company cannot do IT. IT middle leadership is rudderless and constantly dumps all project management responsibilities on software engineers and business analysts. Expect to spend 90% of time either doing frontline support or audit support. Change management process is beyond cumbersome. Do not expect any inline promotion or significant raises. Management is encouraged to only rate employees as “meets expectations” every annual review.
