Small office. So you become close with your co-workers, like a little family.
Cons
The pay sucks, the financial counselors/front office does all the hard work to bring in the money while the Prosthectic & Pedorthic Clinicians take all of the money & yearly bonuses for themselves. As the front/financial staff, you will be walked over, mistreated, & taken advantage of all while being talked about like a dog. No appreciation verbally or financially for the front office staff & financial counselors who get the money in the clinicians pockets!
