      Pros

      Everyone is really nice. Most of the managers want you to be able to do your work well so they are willing to give you some creativity (I decorated cakes) that extends beyond the designs & rules corporate has laid out.

      Cons

      There are many corporate rules that make work more difficult than it has to be - clocking in & out of work at exactly the right time, breaks must be at least 15 min but no longer than 20....

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      Pros

      you might get a manager who will allow flexible scheduling, and accommodations for disability.

      Cons

      You will probably be ignored when requesting accommodations for a disability. You will be treated like garbage by customers, coworkers, and management. They do not appreciate your hard work, the need to balance work and life. They will not explain anything or properly train you. They do not pay well and mess up your "benefits". They are a hostile workplace.
