Pros
Get to work in a friendly environement. Was my first job and prepared me for what life in the workplace is like. I was 17 when I began working there and many of my coworkers were around the same age. Work was simple but helped to instill a strong work ethic and understanding of what small things go into making a grocery store work.
Cons
Dealing with customers can sometimes be a hassle. Many people may find you responsible for things you have no control over. However for the most part the customers were friendly and caring.
