      Pros

      Most of the people who work there are friendly. And if you work at a local place, you get to see people you know all the time

      Cons

      Customers. Although irritating at times with their savings, coupons, "i don't want this anymore" stuff that take up space will eventually make you want to rant

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      Pros

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
