      Pay is pretty ok. There's opportunity to move up, and you can make some great friendships with coworkers.

      Customers are incredibly rude at times, and many people don't get recognized for all the hard work they put in on a daily basis

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      Pros

      Trans-inclusive health insurance and decent wages.

      Cons

      Culture of abuse and harassment; anti-LGBTQ hate speech is allowed on an unlimited basis so long as there no non-LGBTQ witnesses. Poor camera coverage creates a lot of spaces where things can happen to you that police won't be able to find on film later.
