      Pros

      Most people that you work with are great. Flexible scheduling on occasion.

      Cons

      Poor pay scales. Obnoxious amount of work for little or no extra pay. Lots of favoritism and "Buck Passing."Little to no support from management. No support from corporate. No potential for bonuses.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      Pros

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
