Pros
Working early 5-130 means you get out early. Working as part of a team and learning many different products, helping the appreciative customers.
Cons
They expect too much for the time they give you. Cakes are always a struggle and if they want another table set up, you're screwed if you don't have the proper staffing. No room for advancement, micro-management from other dept. managers.
