      If you’re part time, it’s not bad.

      Cons

      Pay, lack of flexibility, you will never be enough, intentionally understaffed but blames supply chain for empty shelves, unsafe work environments off the sales floor

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      Pros

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
