Pros
Lots of material resources and very smart coworkers who have great technical skills. I was handed different things to do which was good, but didn't feel like I got the guidance. More about that below.
Cons
Environment not very friendly or social. Definitely have introverted engineers, but it might be because of the upper management's view of how the office should be. As a entry level engineer, I felt like I didn't get much help or support because others were so much with their own work. Feeling very lost and didn't feel like I could ask questions. Hiring more people would have balanced out the work load and fostered better work relationships. Very much a "you must be 100% billable" environment which I understand that is what keeps a business afloat which Hanson has done for a decades, but it's mostly at the expense of the employees' happiness/well being.
