      Treats employees with respect, is accepting of everyone, and offers a diverse workload.

      Cons

      Facilities Group - Project managers are disconnected from what it actually takes to complete the work being asked. Too many people “directing traffic” and not enough staff to “do the work”. Micro-managing can sap enthusiasm. Vision of future isn’t readily shared by management.

      Pros

      Hanson offers hybrid work location.

      Cons

      Overworked. Ask for additional staff to assist and it goes on deaf ears. Extremely high turnover. Upper management does not pay attention to needs and is quick to over react.
