Pros

If you're on a good team with good coworkers it can sometimes be good work for those passionate for helping people. The health insurance and accrued vacation time wasn't bad.

Cons

Over focus on billable hours over quality care. Expectations nearly impossible to keep up with and you're expected to catch up for time missed on vacation or sick without working overtime. Poor communication throughout agency. Pay was very low and raises were minimal.
