      Under previous management there was team work, growth opportunities, respect, open door policy, fast paces with challeging rewarding work. Recognized for hard work and loyalty.

      Cons

      Under new mangement there was unprofessional work environment, disrespect shown to employees, stressful work environment that was not rewarded or recognized.
