Pros

The environment can be relax depending on the Property Manager you who on as well as the district manager. Company for the most part is good with flexibility with scheduling

Cons

The company can be micromanaged at times when it comes to performing work tasks. The company also view employees as being exposable. Employees are only value from day to day. The work culture comes across as you are only good as yesterday and today is a new day, so don't count on what you accomplished yesterday. The company holds no value on your accomplishments. The company has a code of conduct that it chose when to follow it or not, you never have clue where you stand with the company. This leads to high turn overs because their is no consistency with company code of conduct as well as being in a popularity contest base on if the manager like you or not..
