Pros

This has been one of the most positive onboarding experiences of my career. From the interview process through my first 90 days, everything was seamless and thoughtfully organized. The communication was clear, expectations were outlined from the start, and I always felt supported as I transitioned into my role. Training resources were readily available, leadership was accessible and approachable, and my team made me feel welcome from day one. The entire process made integrating into the company feel effortless and set me up for success early on.

Cons

Learning the various processes has certainly been a challenge, but that is expected when joining any new organization—every company has its own unique ways of operating. From my first week until now, there has been a great deal of movement and change, and at times it has felt fast-paced and chaotic. That said, this is the nature of property management—it’s a dynamic field and there is rarely a dull moment. The pace and complexity are part of the role, rather than a reflection on the company itself.
