Pros

People that arent management are some of the best to work with. Outside of support has some of the smartest people you'll meet.

Cons

Management is stuck in their ways. They emphasize favoritsm and only promote the ones that go out drinking with upper management. Hard work isnt really needed here. It's all about getting by and if you can make management laugh, you're golden. Overall they treat everyone that is not a buddy as a replaceable chair, and are stuck in their old school system of a way. Until there is a whole new management change, HT support will not continue to move forward the way the industry is adapting.

good salary, good benefits, good people, everyone is very helpful. there is room for advancement. definitely a company you would want to have a career with.

Cons

if you are not interested in the job and others notice it, you can say goodbye. you need to be on top of your work and keep up with your responsibilities. if you are not able to perform your duties and perform them well you are not going to make it. also if you are a temp expect 90 working days before you get hired and another 3 months before you receive any benefits.
