Pros

I've supported different areas as a contractor for a while. Over time, I've come to know and appreciate Harley as an incredibly fascinating, powerful and beautiful brand with endless learning opportunities. Let's just say I've made the most of the opportunity in many ways.

Cons

As a contractor (and their workforce is increasingly contractors), I've always felt treated like a guest and an outsider who's expendable at any time. No matter how much passion, effort and hard work I put forth (which, in many ways is its own reward since it makes me really "sing for my supper"), I tend to go way above and beyond when I notice other permanent employees a little too comfortable at what seems to be any everyday grind.

Pros

Great Place to work, and learn about motorcycles

Cons

Promotion from Senior To Staff can take a while, but that's standard for most legacy OEMs

Pros

My hiring journey began with a seamless application process, followed immediately by an incredibly organized scheduling phase. The Harley team kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to guess where I stood, as next steps were always laid out clearly. During the interview experience the entire Harley team panel was professional, welcoming, and were genuinely interested in my background, making the interview feel like a collaborative conversation. The transparency throughout the process gave me complete confidence when I ultimately accepted the job offer.

Cons

I have no cons to call out based on my experience in the interview process.
