Pros

Free coffee, filtered water, and parking. Most lower level employees want to produce a quality product.

Cons

Departments are siloed; communication is not shared within or between them. Many employees have been employed by this company for a long time and have limited experience working elsewhere. Unfortunately some of the most knowledgeable, hardest working, and most dedicated are not recognized for their superior contribution. Almost half the work force is made up of contractors who are allowed to stay for 3 years then walk out the door with the knowledge and skills they've acquired; a very costly investment wasted.

Pros

During the interview experience the entire Harley team panel was professional, welcoming, and were genuinely interested in my background, making the interview feel like a collaborative conversation. The transparency throughout the process gave me complete confidence when I ultimately accepted the job offer.
