      Pros

      Best American made motor cycle manufacturing company. Or at least it used to be. Good vacation, average insurance, holidays, discounts on bikes and clothes and accessories, iconic brand, advanced manufacturing facilities, decent cafeteria, flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Long hours and lots of crisis management, poor relationships between union workers and salary workers (not all, but some) lower pay for salary workers, good old boy club still exists, favoritism in advancement, poor management decisions, bad managers left in charge, blame game put on lower level workers, saw innocent people get fired for made up reasons to protect managers.

      My hiring journey began with a seamless application process, followed immediately by an incredibly organized scheduling phase. The Harley team kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to guess where I stood, as next steps were always laid out clearly. During the interview experience the entire Harley team panel was professional, welcoming, and were genuinely interested in my background, making the interview feel like a collaborative conversation. The transparency throughout the process gave me complete confidence when I ultimately accepted the job offer.
