- Nepotism, Dishonesty, Cliques, and Malicious Gossip run rampant - Blatant Employee fraternization with Upper Management - No one accepting ownership or learning from their mistakes - Upper Management soliciting and encouraging scapegoating of others - Disgruntled co-workers with poor attitudes - Constant and un-ending berating from Upper Management for not praising their ideas as Gospel - Being patted on the back by the left hand of Management and Co-Workers while being stabbed in the back by the right hand - A non-existent Human Resources department that turns a blind eye - Work/Life balance non-existent - No room or opportunity for advancement on this sinking ship
