Pros

Good colleagues - some who are willing to help when management turn their back on you.

Cons

Everything is a con at Harley Heaven in Australia. Management are only interested in looking after themselves, high turnover of staff. The company does not care about staff and only want to achieve impossible targets. They do not pay overtime. Managers are rude and treat their staff as objects. You are expected to do the work on your own and they will not help you and respond always with sarcasm, there have been new staff there that don't last more than 2 days because of the toxic, micro management environment. You can't even breath without having management tell you off or treat you like children if you are even caught LOOKING at your phone. Absolutely disgusted with the company, poor pay - do not recommend anyone to work at any of the Harley Heavens in Sydney, Australia. *Please note this is only based on Harley Heaven.

Pros

Great Place to work, and learn about motorcycles

Cons

Promotion from Senior To Staff can take a while, but that's standard for most legacy OEMs

Pros

My hiring journey began with a seamless application process, followed immediately by an incredibly organized scheduling phase. The Harley team kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to guess where I stood, as next steps were always laid out clearly. During the interview experience the entire Harley team panel was professional, welcoming, and were genuinely interested in my background, making the interview feel like a collaborative conversation. The transparency throughout the process gave me complete confidence when I ultimately accepted the job offer.

Cons

I have no cons to call out based on my experience in the interview process.
