      Pros

      The brilliant minds and friendly people that work there. All the great experiences that I and many others got to do. There was a lot of opportunity to move around.

      Cons

      In the past couple of years it has become a pretty toxic place to work. Business is business but the continued reorgs and low employee engagement is disheartening. Its a cool product and still proud to have had worked there but just sad that people are exiting on their own and by the powers of business at an alarming rate.

      My hiring journey began with a seamless application process, followed immediately by an incredibly organized scheduling phase. The Harley team kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to guess where I stood, as next steps were always laid out clearly. During the interview experience the entire Harley team panel was professional, welcoming, and were genuinely interested in my background, making the interview feel like a collaborative conversation. The transparency throughout the process gave me complete confidence when I ultimately accepted the job offer.
