Pros
New leadership has made the hard decisions necessary to correct the ship. Senior management has a focus on growth and recognizes the value of employees to that end. Pay and benefits are appropriate, perks are good. Over the past two years, finally throwing out the old-boys network and the "because we've always done it that way" mentality.
Cons
Still too much of the old-guard in the ranks who were spoiled in the 90's with excessive pay and benefits for doing almost no work. Those folks complain and complain and complain, constantly believing the company is doing them wrong. Management has made the right moves for the financial health of the company, but a few areas are now under-staffed for the volume of work.
