Pros

Cool fellow worker bees. Motorcycle parking.

Cons

Lack of skilled talent, people get jobs by being friends with someone or flirting with someone. Abusive leadership, when you try to report incidents it is held against you. No room for growth, terrible benefits. Shut down over holiday is nice but they don't tell you how many weekends you have to to work. Strange culture where management is best friends and gangs up on employees. They actually have a day where they pull up your picture and talk about you. They love gossip. If you liked high school this is a place for you!

The transparency throughout the process gave me complete confidence when I ultimately accepted the job offer.
