Pros

-You meet some great people. -Fully remote (for those who like remote) -Vacation policy

Cons

-Leadership is very clicky, more arrogant than anywhere I've worked, and egotistical. They don't have any interest in what employees think. Their ideas are the best ideas. Regardless of the continued failures, leadership changes happen and the viscoucycle starts over again. The inconsistencies in leadership turn into continuous restructuring/reorganizations/layoffs. You as an employee will lose because of their lack of leadership and accountability. -Managed by fear. Whether you agree or disagree, fall in line and say nothing. I've watched managers support leaders, even when they didn't agree or were wrong. Then in typical 2-faced fashion, they will trash-talk that individual when they depart the company. -You're a number. When the company is done with you, they're done with you. They want 100% dedication to the company but they have 0% interest in you. They will drop you in a heartbeat and dump your work onto someone else, without a 2nd thought. -Hadn't got a pay raise in more than 4 yrs. Going through the last 4 yrs with the worst cost of living increases, we were given a single 2% increase. Even when STIP wasn't earned, leadership provided a fractional STIP to throw workers a carrot so that they deflect from not getting annual pay increases. -Company culture has changed to the point that employees are not engaged with the product. -HR will avoid an issue at all cost. -Work/life balance seems favorable as you get to work remotely and the relaxed vacation policy. However, if you you take pride in your work and hold yourself accountable, you will spend far more time working than a 40 hours/week (estimating 55-60 hrs). -Promoting within is not favorable. They prefer hiring externally for outside perspective.

Pros

Great experience, lots of opportunities to learn.

Cons

None, really. If I have to put something, I'd say not allowed to operate any machinery.

Pros

My hiring journey began with a seamless application process, followed immediately by an incredibly organized scheduling phase. The Harley team kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to guess where I stood, as next steps were always laid out clearly. During the interview experience the entire Harley team panel was professional, welcoming, and were genuinely interested in my background, making the interview feel like a collaborative conversation. The transparency throughout the process gave me complete confidence when I ultimately accepted the job offer.

Cons

I have no cons to call out based on my experience in the interview process.
