Pros

The people that you work with are amazing and passionate about the product. When I first started it was like I joined a family. I truly enjoy my team and we have each other's backs.

Cons

No raises, very seldom bonuses and the leadership micromanages without listening to their people that are doing the work. Upper management creates new levels above for them to move up but very seldom allows the lower level to get promotions. More work, less people every year.

Pros
