Pros

Working in Sales Development at Harness is awesome. It is the perfect balance of autonomy and coaching, allowing team members to experiment with new methods of sales development, while simultaneously offering great coaching and guidance from seasoned industry sales leaders.

Cons

Aside from occasionally running out of La Croix (once a month tops), I can't think of any.

Cons

Pace may not be for everyone, there is a lot of work to do. Scaling to become a mature company can be challenging at times.

Pros

It’s a paycheck. Good brand recognition.

Cons

Terrible culture. People fail to plan, then expect everybody else to scramble and spend their nights and weekends reacting to demands within ridiculous timelines. Nothing that you’re doing is so important that it’s worth constantly burning everyone out.
