      -Excellent leadership -Clear Company future + goals -Engaging enablement + training (you'd be surprised how many companies don't do this well) -Always busy! -Learning A LOT -Great opportunities for internal promotions -Growing like crazy!!

      This is a place for hard workers and will be challenging if you aren't willing to put the time in.

      Pace may not be for everyone, there is a lot of work to do. Scaling to become a mature company can be challenging at times.

      Pros

      It’s a paycheck. Good brand recognition.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. People fail to plan, then expect everybody else to scramble and spend their nights and weekends reacting to demands within ridiculous timelines. Nothing that you’re doing is so important that it’s worth constantly burning everyone out.
