Pros

- Harness has such huge tech stack for entire CI/CD platform with out of the box integrations to each and every technology available in DevOps domain, that there will something new to learn every single day. - This role, doesn't hold any finite technical breadth, you will be part of team assisting customers in succeeding with their entire CI/CD automated journey using Harness. - There are well defined work hours with geographically distributed teams, which helps in work life balance. - Management is pretty transparent and hear/act upon the feedback to improve process and efficiency. - Great benefits and evolving perks even during Pandemic.

Cons

- This role is challenging in terms of learning available, where there is infinite depth and breadth requirement to excel in this role around assisting customers in their complex issues, so it not for people who are looking for a static learning curve. - Product is ever-evolving with continuous learning, where it sometimes makes catching up bit hard but there are well advanced planned trainings which make this process bit easy.

Pros

It’s a paycheck. Good brand recognition.

Cons

Terrible culture. People fail to plan, then expect everybody else to scramble and spend their nights and weekends reacting to demands within ridiculous timelines. Nothing that you’re doing is so important that it’s worth constantly burning everyone out.
