      You'll be asked to solve high-level problems and given the autonomy to be creative in your solutions Harness' products are best in class. Incubating products ahead of their time. Work with people who are passionate about their profession Visibility and transparency at the company level is high The company vision is robust Compensation is good

      Cons

      Often times there is only one "you" in any specific role. This can create some pressure on the individual You cannot coast at Harness. It's a place suitable for people who enjoy healthy career related challenges.

      Pace may not be for everyone, there is a lot of work to do. Scaling to become a mature company can be challenging at times.
