3yThank you for your 9+ years with Harris, that is impressive. We are glad you enjoyed the flexibility that Harris can offer many of our team members. The realities of business, especially in a high acquisition environment like ours can create redundancies or changes in the business. We have a team focused on finding new internal homes in other business units when downturns happen due to customer attrition or acquisition. While a new home is not always an option we make every effort to live out respect of the individual in every business decision, especially the decisions that involve our people.
