Pros
CEO and senior management are approachable. The company itself is well managed. Consultants and resources have the opportunity to move within the multiple divisions. There is travel if you are open to it (could be a con if you don't like travel).
Cons
Small divisions are similar to small companies. Therefore each person must wear multiple hats in order to drive success and move forward. Difficult to make changes required at this level for long-term benefits.
