Lot's of autonomy at the business level with a flat organization and access to senior leadership on a first name basis - great culture.
Cons
Highly profitable and well run company constantly pushing the envelope to build enduring businesses. Significant autonomy and empowerment at all levels with an unrelenting focus on execution and results - very little slack, downtime or room to hide - this company is not for everyone and is unlike most large, corporate/matrix organizations.
