They act like they care, but they don't. There is no collaboration and no support. Accounting had to do what Purchasing dept refused to do ( clean up data for new system).
Training was terrible. Employee will be nitpicked for any and all mistakes. There's no support and when asked for additional training, provided recommendations on what can the team do to assist, recommendation was knocked off the table and told "accounting is accuracy and attention to detail".
They refused to acknowledge the harassment and toxic environment after many discussions. So many other things to list, but do NOT work for this company. TOXIC environment. No TEAM support. No proper training. You're expected to know the organization within 90 days! Part of the 90 days is: meeting the team and getting to know them. They fail to introduce you to the people you're working with. It is YOUR responsibility to initiate these meetings and grow your own relationships.
Boss is timid and does not step up. Boss also allows herself to be harassed by her employees. Which is unacceptable!
