Pros

Insurance benefits, 30 minute lunch, can choose start time and end time (8 hours), around 30 day PTO which includes sick time

Cons

Difficult population. Lack of resources due to budget. Projects are “encouraged” but productivity takes priority, low pay compared to other facilites, low show rate reflecting negatively on productivity. Marketing of services. Academy memberships “encouraged” but not covered. Never ending projects. No bonuses, no promotions. In natural disasters when clinics are closed, days off deducted from PTO
