New nurses will learn a lot, but anticipate making mistakes from not having a proper mentor.
Cons
Management is awful, condescending, and thrive off drama. It is literally THE most unprofessional place I've worked. I am called on nearly every day off and feel like I'm working almost every day (as a floor nurse.)
