Pros
There are many great people to work with and they are mostly hard workers. The patients really need you because they usually don't have traditional insurance and aren't accepted at other hospitals. You feel like you are making a difference.
Cons
Lots of bosses that aren't medical making decisions. It can be about who you know rather than if you're able to do the job well when it comes to leadership roles.
