Pros
Good for experience, permanently remote position, lot of opportunities to learn, most managers are great to work with, PTO is flexible, benefits are solid
Cons
Productivity requirements are high, pay is lower than average for the region for how much effort and work is needed, disconnect between managers/directors and staff, no room for movement or promotion, and certain managers can micromanage, and be petty and rude. No reimbursement for recertifications, no more free CEUs, and no incentive to grow/develop professionally, just a drone. Need to supply own hardware (PC, webcam, etc) and IT can be awful to deal with at times.
