Pros
13.50 is not a bad pay, especially in this area. Very independent, you don't always have someone telling you what to do. You simply push carts, clean bathrooms, closing duties, and the occasional random side quest from your manager. Time also goes by quickly, as there are always carts to push.
Cons
Almost no downtime, will always be doing something. You do not get good chances for breaks, and even when it is slow your managers will expect you to look busy. You will be working outside, it gets extremely hot, or extremely cold. You have to be suited for the outside if you are doing this job. I have worked in 110 degree weather pushing carts, and have also pushed carts in the snow.
