      - Department managers are good people and care about their jobs - Pay is good for a part time job - Vast majority of customer interactions are positive

      - When something breaks it can be weeks or months before it will actually get fixed no matter how important it is - Bad employees will almost never get fired

      Pros

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Cons

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
