Pros

Because HT is expanding, there are opportunities for advancement. Nothing will be handed to you. You must show that you are competent by adhering to your schedule and asking lots of questions. Observing management is a good way to learn.

Cons

The schedule comes out on Sunday for the work week beginning on Wednesday. Your schedule is always subject to change. You have to start part-time which means no more than 28 hours per week and many workers get considerably fewer hours. If you work six or fewer hours per day you only get 1 break that is only 15 minutes, no lunch break.
